Carleton County Marriages ... 1869 to 1873 is available¯just in time for the Ontario Genealogical Society's Seminar 2000, being held this year in Ottawa.

Launch of winfieldpublishing.com

We are excited about the launch of our new and improved web site winfieldpublishing.com.

Our plans are to increase the amount of useful information, such as maps, lists of places, biographies, etc.

With the assistance of Frank Bax, we have developed the Winfield Publishing Surname Index, based upon names found in the indexes of our thirteen books.

Our web site is hosted by F. Bax Consulting Inc. of London, Ontario.

Books Planned for 2000

For 2000 we are planning to release six new books.

Five more Ontario marriage registration (1869 to 1873) books, including double volumes, are scheduled:
Carleton County Marriages (just released);
Simcoe County Marriages (two volumes); and
Wellington County Marriages (two volumes).

A third "index" volume to The Confederate newspaper of Mount Forest, Ontario is being compiled:
The Confederate ... 1879 to 1881.

A follow-up to Mount Forest in 1871, utilizing similar sources, is planned:
Mount Forest in 1881.
